HOA Update

Hello Everyone!
I hope you are doing well. We are constantly reviewing comments and concerns from homeowners and will attempt to make improvements when possible. Due to ongoing issues with the key system at the pool we are having a new system installed tomorrow. The new system will provide many additional controls making it easier for us to assist residents quickly. Additionally the new gate system will include the bathroom doors so only one key card will be necessary. Unfortunately your existing key cards are not compatible with many of the new systems so they will no longer work. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and will attempt to get keys to all homeowners. Please remember keys will only be available to homeowners in good financial standing with HOA. You do not need to request a new key at this time. We will be at your pool on the dates and times listed below to assist homeowners with new keys. If you are unable to come during these times we will release information next week on how to obtain a card. Please assist us and come to the pool during the times listed if at all possible.
