Community Update
Published: March 25, 2022
Hello Everyone!
It was great to meet those who attended the meeting last night. I hope to meet others soon.
We realize the transition has not been smooth and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. As was discussed we are now using a new portal which I believe homeowners will enjoy. Go to lswpm.cincwebaxis.com on the first visit to the portal, you will need to register. Click on the “Sign In” button at the upper right corner of the window, then click “Create Account” at the bottom right. Once your registration request is reviewed and validated by Legacy, you will receive an email with a link to set your password. You can then log in with your email address and new password to make payments. Please allow up to 24 hours to complete the registration process. On the portal you will make payments, submit ACC applications and view compliance issues. Assessment payments were due to be received by February 28th. If you mailed a payment and it was received by the lockbox after February 28th it will be returned to you. The new lockbox address is below. Here is a short video on how to register: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gyveFNCiGNA. If you have not paid assessments yet we encourage you to do so soon or complete a payment plan request found on www.twinmillfarmshoa.com.
Lockbox Information:
HOA of Twin Mill Farms
PO Box 294047
Lewisville, TX 75029
Please also take a few minutes to read the association covenants also found on the website. Please inspect your home to insure you are in compliance with the documents. Please remember yards are supposed to be neatly maintained and weed free, trash cans cannot be stored in view, no boats or trailers are allowed, fences need to be kept in good condition and no storage of items is allowed on the side or front of a house. This is just some of the common violations seen. Please email Ryan Smith with any questions. We will be inspecting your community on Monday and we appreciate you assisting in keeping Twin Mill Farms a great looking community.
We anticipate the pool opening on May 1st. We have hired new vendors for the pool and believe you will be very happy with the service you receive. We are also working with the landscape company on improvements and hope to start soon.
Lastly, your neighborhood is part of the Northwest Fort Worth Alliance. We encourage you to sign up for communication at www.nwfortworthalliance.com and attend meetings when possible. The alliance is made up of several HOA’s working together to have a voice on city issues. Have a great weekend!
